By entering the premises of PNL Metals Ltd, selling materials, or receiving services, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Identification Requirements
3.1 Customers must provide valid photo identification (e.g., driving licence or passport) and proof of address in accordance with applicable scrap metal regulations.
3.2 The Company may refuse transactions if adequate ID is not provided.
4. Purchase of Scrap Materials
4.1 All materials sold to the Company must be the lawful property of the Customer.
4.2 The Customer warrants that materials are free of liens, theft claims, or other legal encumbrances.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to inspect, test, or refuse materials at its discretion.
4.4 Payment will be made via bank transfer or any method permitted under current scrap metal laws. No cash payments will be made if prohibited by legislation.
5. Pricing and Weighing
5.1 Prices are based on market conditions and may change at any time without notice.
5.2 Materials are weighed using calibrated equipment.
5.3 The Company’s recorded weight shall be final unless clear evidence of error is provided.
6. Environmental & Safety Requirements
6.1 Customers must follow all posted safety instructions while on site.
6.2 Children and pets are not permitted in operational areas.
6.3 The Company accepts no liability for injuries caused by failure to adhere to health and safety rules.
6.4 Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, pressurised cylinders, chemicals) will not be accepted unless explicitly approved.

8.1 Payments will be processed only after materials are inspected and accepted.
8.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
